Documents Required for the Employer


To begin with, the employer and TCPL should execute an agency agreement between them stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from India and other countries. This agreement should be signed by both parties towards acceptance of stated terms and conditions upon which the manpower trade will be executed.

Secondly, we require Power of Attorney and Letter of Demand (Indent) from the employer mentioning therein the nature of job for which the workers are required, the categories of workers required and other terms and conditions of the employment. On the basis of which we will call the shortlisted candidates for final selection. This is required by us also for necessary advertisement in various Newspapers if specific categories of workers are required. This normally takes around 10-15 days.

After the selection of the candidates we require the following documents duly authenticated by the Embassy/Consulate General of India in the country of Employment for deployment of selected workers.

  1. VISAS - issued by the concerned authorities in the country of employment.
  2. POWER OF ATTORNEY
  3. LETTER OF DEMAND-The employer /Principal will formally issue a demand letter in favor of TCPL stating the job categories , number of workers required in each category , monthly salary , duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food , medical , transport , air passage , accommodation etc.
  4. WAKALA-(AUTHORISATION LETTER) - Addressed to The Embassy for Visa Stamping (For Saudi Arabia Only).
  5. COPY OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT-A standard employment contract between employer and employee.
  6. P.T.A.S (Prepaid Ticket Advice) wherever necessary and as agreed upon. We can also arranged the cheaper air tickets as the Discounts offered in India is higher than any other country and the Air fares has to be reimbursed to us immediately on submission of Bills through Banking channels.
Deployment Period/Travel Arrangements

Upon getting the above documents from the Foreign employer we shall complete all formalities including emigration clearance from Indian Government authorities and make necessary Travel arrangements through our associate Travel Agency who are manned with qualified staff to arrange proper booking and ticketing. These formalities include calling the candidates from their hometown for flight requires around 7 to 10 days time. However it can be arranged in accordance with the requirement of the employer. The senior category requires the joining time of minimum of one month to settle the account with the existing employer.
